As we are not taking any advance payment for the services , so it will not affect any payment issues
After completion of ride due to some technical issue if your amount deducted twice or got some issue related to payment you can arise a complaint in the app tit self or you can contact to our service centre or you can directly mail to support@feranta.in
In case the FERANTA Team approves any refunds, it will take 1-3 working days for the refund to be processed for you
